My name is Arthur Broslat ( Call me Art ). I specialize in helping investors buy and sell land & investment property in Sarasota and Charlotte Counties, Florida. I have a BS in marketing  and a MBA in finance degrees from Penn State and I was a Captain in the US Air Force's Strategic Air Command. I was a Managing Director at Bank of America and Division President at Pulte Homes earlier in my career. I speak fluent Spanish after living several years in Buenos Aires, Argentina and Caracas, Venezuela.

The company office is in Sarasota, I currently live in  Port Charlotte after having lived  in Venice and North Port for 16 years, and my parents lived in Port Charlotte for over 30 years stating in 1976. I know the area like the back of my hand. I've sold over $200 million in real estate in this area and over $500 million in my career.
